May your victory over the polls bring positive change and unity, where our collective zeal towards the development of our community Za'ang will remain paramount and accomplished at  your tenure in office. And as we remain resolute as one indivisible people, may GOD Almighty in His infinite mercy continue to bless, protect and guide you in wisdom to continue support and aide our community in achieving your cardinal points of agenda.

I strongly believe that you will be successfull in serving the people both in the Local Government and our community Za'ang in the areas of concerns as we continue to show our solidarity support in this regard.

The victory of your emergence as the substantial Executive Chairman Jos-South and councilors at the just concluded Local Government elections is well deserved. 

Sir, with the overwhelming support by the people of Jos South for this tremendous victory shows the effect of true meaning democratic Government of our dear Governor, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang's administration. 

I wish you a successful and fruitful tenure in office together with your deputy and councilors; which I strongly believe that they are also vibrant Youths who will aide your administration in achieving it's goals. And that your tenure will bring rapid development to our locality and the entire Jos-South. 

May GOD in His infinite mercy will surely guide you in wisdom towards the path of peaceful reign and accomplishments; and may you never derail from your plans for our local government area as you stated in your manifesto before election into office in Jesus Christ Name AMEN 🙏 

However, as you resume into office, I wish to use this medium to draw your attention towards the priority needs of our people. As you know, Zawan community will always give you the maximum support and cooperation in the execution of your plans towards the development of your cardinal points of agenda or concerns. The implementation of your policies will be effective, towards reaching out to the people as the Chairman of the grass root government that is very close to them. This would do much to encourage and boost their morale.

Hon. Victor Balang PDP aspirant for Zawan 'A' Ward on behalf of his campaign team and community, welcomes Hon. Silas Patrick DUNG and his deputy Ngo Kachollom Lucy Michael together with his campaign team to the Zawan district, tomorrow; 7th October 2024. The campaign train is to take place GOD's will by 10:00am at the Zawan Youth Club Anguldi Zawan.

In his address during his door to door and street to streets campaigns tour at Dorowa, Anguldi, Dati, Challang sanyi and Zalsa football tournament finals at Zawan 'A', in an invition by the St John and St. Vincent the Paul of St Williams Catholic Church, he emphasized the need to come out in mass to support and vote PDP (2/2); and also said the aspiring PDP flag bearer Chairman Jos-South, Hon. Silas Patrick DUNG and his deputy Ngo Kachollom Lucy Michael who also hails from Zawan community, has many advantages to tap from their wealth of experience in leadership, equity, justice, humility and resealiance to ensure good governance in line with confidence to the Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang's administration, Plateau State.

He further assured the people of Zawan 'A'

that he will do his best to work with the Chairman Jos-South LGC in providing basic amenities to the people.

He also received prayers of blessings and victory at the polls from elders of the Zawan community.Hon. Victor Balang PDP aspirant for Councilor Zawan 'A' Ward at a courtesy call to the Da Majai Dangong (Dorowa). The elders calls for 💯 percent support as the first candidate to visit and recorded. They assured the campaigns team a maximum support towards the polls.
