I will be so glad for your kind gestures towards the realisation of this victorious mandate.

In addition, we can all start by telling a person to tell a person; and also engage in grassroots mobilization campaign about this aspirations.

My Manifesto covers the *_Seven (7) Pillar Points Agenda (SPPA_ ). These are as follows;

1. Security
2. Education
3. Health
4. Agriculture
5. Infrastructure
6. Human Capacity Development, _i.e skill acquisition, creative innovations  and sports._

7. Entrepreneurship.

So let me state here how I intend to achieve and overcome these challenges by the will and grace of GOD Almighty come 2027 in office:

1. *Security*
All lives matters, you are all aware and will agree with me that the issues of insecurity bedevilling our people in communities, the State and across boards, has been threatened in recent times. I hereby sympathise with the families of those we lost as members of our communities as well.

Constituents, it is our collective duty and responsibility to protect the lives and property of our people by providing proactive security majors in this regard for the safety of our people and communities, in order to facilitate a conducive environment for the economic growth and development of our people to thrive within JOS SOUTH and on the PLATEAU.

With my wealth of experience by the will of GOD, I will encourage our local security (suga), vigilante's groups, hunters, as well as collaborative efforts with the State Government's Operation Rainbow; and other relevant conventional security organisations in order to safeguard the lives and properties of our people.

2. *Education*
It would be a great idea and joy to see our educational system improves to greater heights. The issue of English and Mathematics as the basic criteria of gaining admission into the tertiary institution has been a bane for students to secure administration. So on this note by the special grace of GOD, we will be engaging students by organising quiz competitions amongst schools within in Jos South constituency, in order to safeguard our education system. And also, we shall reform schools to meet global standards. Thus we can achieve by engaging pupils from the fundamental trainings in the primary schools and also students from the secondary schools in formal and informal education.
This will help improve their productivity and well being even after graduation from the secondary and usher them into the higher institutions as well.

This will be geared towards creating a solid educational foundation and background for the physical and mental assessment development of our children, for the present and future of Jos South,  across Plateau State and for our nation's building.

We can also achieve this task by introducing and encouraging our children to engage into modern ways of formal and informal education; in which we intend to discourage schools from the collection of brooms as hand craft from pupils; but rather, encourage the process of capacity building by adopting and engaging  creative minds and talented pupils and students in arts, science and technology, for the present and future of Jos South, Plateau State and for the Nation's building.

This strategic educational system is being practiced by most fast developed countries like the U.S, China, Japan etc.

3. *Health*
We will do our best by providing free tests, drugs and treatment for the aged, vulnerable children, women who are less privileged, pregnant women and also orphans.

We can achieve this by engaging in collaborative efforts with the primary healthcare centres.

4. *Agriculture*
Our people and or farmers are known for the production of variety of crops and vegetables; e.g. Plateau potatoes, tomato, cabbage, green beans, pepe etc.

We will encourage a revamp food production by providing fertilizers, community farming and irrigation system that will boost food production and agricultural activities in Jos South.

5. *Infrastructure*
Our engagement on infrastructural development will be geared towards reasonable projects that needs urgent support and attention; e.g. roads, solar power panel boreholes, power supply transformers, school facilities, skills acquisition training centres within JOS SOUTH etc.
6. **Human Capacity Development*
The ability to salvage the economic situation of our people is key. The human capacity development of individuals in our community can boost the economy standards and development of our consistency in Gross Domestic Products (GDP). This strategy can improve our GDP from Jos South to the nation's economy, rising from 3.46%. We are expecting it to grow by 4.2% in 2026, driven by services and non-oil sectors. And by the time I will be voted into office in 2027, with this strategic approach, we are going to be expecting the growth of our GDP to rise from 4.2% to 7% and beyond.

With these, my fellow constituents, we can achieve by engaging our youths in skills acquisition training, creative innovations and sport activities that will improve our productivity.

We also need to encourage the women also, who are into small scale and medium enterprises (SMEs).

7. *Entrepreneurship*
We are mindful of the engagement of our people who are into modern marketing industry in Jos South. So therefore, we will have seminars and workshop programmes, as well as create platforms where entrepreneurs will be engage and offered training on marketing, how generate profit from capital gains of products and services.

With these affirmative tasks of my Manifesto, assuredly together, we  can step further towards achieving a greater height's by the will and grace of Almighty GOD in Jos South; Amen 🙏

The Plateau State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Saturday elected Chief Raymond Dabo as its new State Chairman, alongside 38 other members of the State Executive Committee, to steer the affairs of the party toward victory in the 2027 General Elections.

The keenly followed State Congress, held at the WAYE Foundation, Doi-Du, was conducted under a peaceful and transparent atmosphere in line with the constitution of the party. The exercise produced new officers who immediately took their oath of office.

Announcing the results, the Chairman of the Electoral Committee, Hon. David Embughadu, declared that Chief Raymond Dabo emerged as the new State Chairman with 2,162 votes, while Engr. Gyang Tanko polled 2,102 votes as Deputy Chairman. Mr. Michael Dachom was elected State Secretary and Dr. Felix Choji clinched the position of Publicity Secretary among others.
In his address to the delegates, the Executive Governor of Plateau State, His Excellency, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, described the congress as a milestone in the history of the party, noting that it reflected unity, maturity, and loyalty among members.

“Since I joined the PDP, this is the first State Congress we are holding without a contest. With this, we have demonstrated our commitment, loyalty, and readiness to work together as one family. I sincerely thank all the local governments for their cooperation,” Governor Mutfwang stated.

He acknowledged that although the zoning process initially generated some disagreements, the peaceful resolution of those differences underscored the maturity and cohesion within the party. The Governor also appreciated aspirants who stepped down in the interest of unity and the greater good of the PDP.
“I want to thank those who may feel shortchanged or believe they were not given the chance they deserved. Because of the common interest of the PDP, you chose peace over grievance. I am confident that this new set of executives will lead our party to victory in 2027. The time for exclusion is over, our focus now is unity. I assure you that those who are truly for us will stay. Together, we will approach 2027 as one united family,” he added.
On the issue of alleged defections, Governor Mutfwang expressed optimism and confidence in the resilience of the PDP in Plateau State.

“I heard that some people have left. We are waiting to see the day they will go with the crowd they claim to have. Plateau is PDP, and PDP is Plateau. We will remain connected to the people and continue working for their collective good,” he emphasized.

The Governor commended the outgoing Caretaker Committee led by Hon. Chris Hassan for their dedication and remarkable achievements, noting that their sacrifices would not be forgotten.

In his valedictory remarks, Hon. Hassan expressed appreciation to his team for their resilience and commitment, recalling that under their stewardship, the PDP produced a Governor, two Senators, five Members of the House of Representatives, and sixteen Members of the Plateau State House of Assembly in the 2023 elections until the Court decided.

The Chairman of the Electoral Committee, Hon. David Embughadu, also expressed satisfaction with the peaceful conduct of the exercise and praised the delegates for their discipline and overwhelming support for the leadership of Governor Mutfwang.

His Excellency Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang being honoured to join His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on an official state visit to the Federative Republic of Brazil.

His Excellency Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang being honoured to join His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on an official state visit to the Federative Republic of Brazil. The high-level engagement provided a unique opportunity for Nigeria to strengthen bilateral relations with Brazil and explore new frontiers of cooperation, particularly in trade, agriculture, and industrial development.
As part of the visit, the Governor participated in strategic discussions and the signing of Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) designed to boost our national economy and create avenues for shared prosperity between our two countries.

For us in Plateau State, the visit carried even greater significance. Recently, Plateau was chosen as one of six states in Nigeria to host a regional hub of the Green Imperative $1.1 billion Project under the Nigeria–Brazil partnership. This landmark initiative is set to revolutionize agro-industrialisation, enhance food security, and create jobs for our people.

The Governor in his words said, he remain committed to ensuring that Plateau fully leverages this partnership, positioning our state as a hub for agricultural transformation not only in Nigeria but across Africa.
Together with President Tinubu and other senior government officials, we worked towards building strong international alliances that will translate into tangible benefits for our people.

COMR. DAVID MANCHA SALUTES JOS-SOUTH CONSTITUENCY AND THE PEOPLE OF PLATEAU STATE.

Happy New Month of August

Democracy: they say, is the government of the people, by the people and for the people.

Let me simply elaborate this definition according to my views, I would say, democracy is best describe as a mandate emanating from the people, to enhance the confidence in leadership, with good conscience to deliver and achieve a collective goal or purposes for the progress and interest of a given community.

I am Comr. David D. Mancha, one of the illustrious Sons of the Berom Nation, hail's from Zek, Za'ang District of Jos South Local government of Plateau State of Nigeria.

I was introduced into politics by Late Distinguished Sen. GNS Pwajok in 2003; and I have been actively engaged in the Plateau State political scene since 2007.

I served the Plateau State government during the Da Sen. Jonah David Jang's administration from 2007-2015, which remains historically an indelible mark over the years; and I'm still actively serving and contributing my quarter to ensure that the Plateau Project thrive securely, on the move under GOD for greater heights in this present administration of His Excellency, Barr. Caleb Manasseh MUTFWANG the Executive Governor of Plateau State.

To be victorious as a member representing Jos-South in the Plateau State House of Assembly come 2027, will be a tremendous achievement as it requires due diligence, experience and expertise in collaboration with the Plateau State Government and our community's engagements to effectively enhance the unity, peace, security, successful economy stability and progressive development of Jos-South constituency and Plateau State as well.

I have also identified some key pressing challenges, such as; peaceful coexistence, security, human capacity building, infrastructural development, healthcare, education, and economic stability in our community; in which by the grace of GOD Almighty, I will be strategic on these plans for lasting solutions, that can stand the teste of time, if given me the mandate or opportunity.(most especially, according to the modern paradigm shift).

I would like to encourage and emphasize the need to have town hall meetings, where we can have open door policies for public discussions with elders, stakeholders and members of our community, in other to strike out a balance in reaching out to these key points, as these present challenges affects our community, state and national security.

I would also like to emphasize, encourage and ensure the well-being and welfare of our people by organizing a reburst human capacity development program support. Our people are known with tin mining businesses, but by the grace and will of the Almighty GOD, I would like to engage our Youths in the areas of skill acquisition training activities, creative ideologies on innovations; and also engaging women in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in our community. These training empowerment programs and SMEs play a vital pivotal role in most economies, contributing significantly to job creation and economic growth. It will also diversify the economy in the areas of transparency to improve efficiency in generating sufficient financial income in the quest to alleviate poverty and also reduce the rate of illicit drugs abuse and other social devices amongst our Youths in the community today.

The issue of insecurity has been very challenging; and so therefore, with my wealth of experience in the security sector, together in collaboration with the Plateau State Government and other conventional and non-conventional security agencies, will work in synergy to ensure lasting peace is restored for a conducive environment in order to establish effective business activities thrive, thereby increase our Gross Domestic Products G.D.P; especially, in this hard times of economic down turn we are facing daily in the Nation. This proactive measures will enhance our economics system to effectively thrive in the areas of circulation of money in exchange for goods and services within our community. With these, you'll all agree with me that this will boost the economic system within the Jos-South community.

Finally, It is for our collective purposes to ensure the success of this mandate; and I promise to always remain ever grateful that you find me worthy by vesting this responsibility to deliver the dividends of democracy as one indivisible people. And I assure you as a servant, that I will sincerely and faithfully be accountable to serve you all.

Further more, I would like to seriously state categorically clear here for us to note and also understand that I am for all; no matter what is your religious, tribal, or political affiliation.
So, let's put all hands on deck and push away our differences aside, remain resolute and focus more on our goals as one indivisible people of Jos-South Local government area of Plateau State and Nigeria under GOD. And by the special grace and will of GOD Almighty, I will never disappoint this massive support come 2027.

Finally, I assure you that together, these anticipating achievements  of our constituency will be something great to reckon with; and will serve as a model for others to follow.

Thank you and GOD bless us all in Jesus Christ Mighty Name Amen 🙏

 Long live Jos-South!
